March 27 (Mother–Son) & March 28 (Father–Daughter), 6–9 PM at the Simpson Center.
Thank you PTO for supporting our schools and making this happen!

NCSO Campus Visit Tomorrow (Wed., 3/25)
We’re excited to welcome the NCSO to campus this Wednesday! They’ll be working with our forensics class on a hands-on mock crime scene simulation—such a great learning opportunity for our students.
You may notice additional law enforcement presence, lights, and activity on campus during this time. Please don’t be alarmed—this is all part of the simulation.
A big thank you to the NCSO for bringing this experience to our students!

Own a unique piece of artistry and support a great cause with the Gabbs Tarantulas Handmade Quilt Raffle! The drawing is April 23rd, 2026, so scan the code or buy your online tickets today at https://snap.nyeschools.org/gabbsquilt — just $5 for one, or 5 for $20! Money will go into the school's activity fund for student activities.

No school on Wed, 3/4 & Thurs. 3/5 for In-Service Days.
Enjoy the extra-long weekend!
Don’t forget to spring your clocks forward for Daylight Saving Time on Sun 3/8.
We’ll see everyone back at school on Monday, March 9.

Please have patience with our bus drivers as they navigate the roads and weather to get students home safely.

The team will be leaving the school at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. Parents and community members are invited to line the streets as they head out to show their support and wish them good luck at State.
Go Lady Knights!

School will resume on Tuesday, February 17.
Enjoy your long weekend!

Showing up matters, and our students proved it.
Great job, 3rd grade!

Thanks to your support—and the generosity of Round Mountain Gold Corp through the Round Up for Round Mountain Schools program—we were able to purchase cordless, lightweight vacuums for our custodians. These vacuums make it much easier to move from room to room—especially across our elementary modulars—making cleanup faster and more efficient.
Your small change is making a big difference, and we’re grateful for every roundup at the register. Thank you for helping us take care of the people who take care of our schools!

For everyone’s safety, please use extra caution due to slick roads.
Drive slowly, allow extra space, and take your time when dropping students off at school.

Happy Holidays from all of us at Round Mountain Schools.
